Mr. Zier will assist you in buying or selling a business. He has represented many buyers and sellers, and has also frequently acted as escrow agent for business sales. His drafting services include:

In addition, he conducts closings and ensures that collateral for seller financing is properly perfected and that any taxes that are due from business sales are paid.
